Сыроватое приложение, доделайте его наконец то.
В графе адрес доставки не видно конкретный адрес, только его псевдоним, поменяйте чтоб информативно было.
Много не нужной рекламы какого то мусора, сделайте чтоб пользователь не отвлекался на этот весь мусор с рекомендациями товаров !
Кнопки заказы, выкуп объедините в одну, вы путаете обычных пользователей которые сами все нашли и заказали. Слелайте просто чтоб это нормально работали ! И сделайте нормальный калькулятор расчета стоимости посылки, а не урезанную версию. Заставьте уже ваш IT отдел поработать а не шаройобится!Show lessDeveloper Response

After installing the application, I entered information about my 2 credit cards, the application writes that the cards are blocked, verification is required, but money was withdrawn from both cards and they work and are not blocked. Good afternoon! After entering information about credit card you need to write down in application an amount of money that temporarily blocked in order to finish procedure of verification. Don't worry - all money that are blocked (0.01 USD - 0.50 USD) will return to the bank card. Term depends on conditions of bank that serves you. Thank you!Garbage

Hello! Meest US service support works. Contacts - chat on the website https://my.meest.us/ua or ticket in the section "Appeals" / "Help". If you have any problems with the address or the application, please contact us at app.support@meest.comIt finally works well.
I have not been using it for about a year and there were a lot of issues with the app by then. Looks like after all these updates it finally works pretty convenient and seamless. Good job.Please fix these bugs
1.The app does not show the existing tickets. You can only register a new one and only for EUROPE not USA office!!! Only the website gives an option to register anew ticket for US.
2. When I am creating a new ticket->Submit a claim-> Lost delivery - and here you have to choose the No of the shipment! But the shipment is lost!!! So it is can not be in the list of registered shipments in your account! And the only option is to choose a random shipment no and describe the real problem in the text.
Another special “thank you” to your service team. They always try to get read if you instead of real help. So they reply to the lost shipment that is mentioned in the topic of the claim, without reading the text. 6 missing shipments and I received 6 answers that “your shipment is in your account etc…” although I did attach proof docs to the ticket.Show lessDeveloper Response
