App works fine. Ignore the others who say it doesn’t.

Do this: Unplug your base. Plug it back in and within 10 seconds view the settings in the app and select base to pair. It’s that easy.
I’d give 5 stars if the app was more polished with better UI and UX and control widgets were available.

App Doesn’t Work
There isn’t a way to pair the app with the adjustable frame. The settings portion of the app is blank. I un-plugged and plugged bed back in after 10 seconds and nothing happened. Please explain how to pair the bed with the app. There isn’t any support for the app.
It works as a basic remote
Pros: Read the comments and many users are saying they couldn’t get it to connect but I was able to do it first try by un-plugging and plugging back in for 10 seconds. Does all the basic functions and pre-sets (Zg, TV, Anti-snore)
Cons: Wish it allowed you to do customizable presets and as others have noted, the massage controls could be better..

Unplug the bed for 10 seconds, plug back in and pair immediately.
It works
I had to unplug it then it paired right away. I agree with the others that more control over the massage and light features would be helpful but overall, it works fine and is nice not to always have to use the remote.

Unplug and plug in and immediately try to connect it. I had tried everything and figured this was my last resort. It worked, I now use my phone because children steal my remote. 4 stars cause I’d like more control of the massager on the app more than just off and on.
App does not work. Period.
