Terrible service from Saverios
I ordered my food 2 hours ago and it still hasn’t arrived. This is Pathetic. Not sure if it’s the restaurant of the delivery but it’s not feasible at all

Duka direct deliveries are always late the food then comes in cold . the drivers take ages to reach the restaurant

You can automatically pay with card, search for any dish or restaurant and the app shows you what you have ordered previously from the same Resturant making it very easy to ordered what you liked again.

Language used
It will greatly assist non Swahili speakers if there’s an option to choose English to understand instructions when making payment. Other than that, great App, easy to search for restaurants and menu’s!
