  • Nice app but lacks features

    I really want to be able to go back on exercises. I often click skip and cant go back which messes with my workouts. I also want to be able to customize my workouts more.
  • Almost Perfect

    I love this app but it is missing one crucial component; CUSTOMIZATION. Here’s what the app is lacking: 1) customization of all existing workouts (exercises, reps, sets, rest timer, etc.) 2) create custom workouts If those features are added, this would literally the best app. I’ve been looking for an app like this for such a long time and this one is almost perfect. It’s great, don’t get me wrong. It’s just missing those important features.

  • Good app, the coach feature is meh

    I like the variety of workouts and skills progressions! The paid version is nice too and gives you access to some other cool stuff. I think the coach feature could be improved though as sometimes it tries to write unrealistic workouts and will have you doing weighted pull ups after having done 3 sets each of pull ups and chin ups for decent reps, meaning your back is pretty wiped already. The edit feature for the workouts is buggy as well, things get out of place if you try to change something. My ideal feature would be totally customizable workouts from the exercise selections.

  • small problems

    generally the app is great, But it has some small problems, such as not connecting to the Apple Watch& health and that you cannot choose your rest days, and if you miss a training day, you cannot see and do that training on the next rest day.
  • Great app to workout and gain skills

    I would like to see bridge progressions, and calisthenics mobility progressions added. But this app has a lot to offer, I enjoy it a lot.

    This is the best calestenics app that I’ve downloaded, from the presses to the skills and exercises it’s very well made!.
  • Suggestions

    App is great, im a pro user. Would love to see features like being able to see what exercises have been done and what are left doing an workout instead of just locking the screen on the next one. Also the ability to add or remove exercises to a coach routine. Also add other/our own exercises to the app.

  • Best App I found

    There are not many apps that customize like this one, easy to use and like a class
  • Love the app

    I’m at intermediate-Advanced level in calisthenics but would like to have more structures in my workout but don’t have much time to build my own plan. The pro subscription is super helpful and also pretty reasonably priced!

    One request I’d like is to have pause button for the timer or workout. I get distracted by other things from time to time, would like to pause a workout when I can.

  • Great app

    I have subscribed for 6 months maybe and it was a wonderful experience, I learned the basics and few skills. There are 2 things i wish to have in this app.

    1.Is to have a separate streching section to exercise at rest days and to increase mobility since calisthenics needs flexibility also.
    2. The app has already a big exercises library, it would be wonderful if it allows you to design your own program.

    Even if this to features requires subscription I would gladly pay for it
