Preferred and ASAP
Preferred Reports is a nationwide supplier of personal and commercial lines risk intelligence to insurance organizations. We deliver these services through a national network of qualified independent Loss Control Consultants and Quality Assurance reviewers. Our reports make up some of the essential information used to make smart underwriting decisions.
The ASAP report was designed with safety and convenience in mind. By using this application, you can provide some of the same information that would have been obtained by an inspector visiting your property. With ASAP, you avoid appointments and visits just by answering a few questions and providing some photos, right from your smart device.

How this works
It’ easy…
Once you have your policy bound, your agent will send your information to the carrier. The carrier processes the application and orders an ASAP report in our system. Once that happens you will be emailed a link which will take you to the appropriate device app store to download the ASAP App. This App is free, so there is no cost to download it. Downloading should just take a minute or less depending on your internet connection.
When ASAP opens you will be asked to enter the username and password provided on your email. This will give you access to the survey. You will see a screen which shows the address for the property being inspected along with some additional policy information. If this is correct, proceed to the next step. If there are errors, please contact support by pressing the envelope icon at the bottom.
Once everything is correct and you have moved to the next page, you can begin the survey. Most questions have yes, no, and I don’t know options. You will need to know the approximate living area of your property, the year it was built, and some other basic information. You will be prompted to take photos when any are needed. Don’t hesitate to use the flash and look at the photo before you save it to make sure it’s a good shot. Blurry and dark photos won’t be useful for the report.
Once you reach the end you will be provided the opportunity to double check your answers and finally submit the survey. That’s it-you’re all done.
