Me and my girlfriend used the service once, and a month later we had a bad surprise of the bill of €51 on my girlfriend’s credit card and €2 for mine. We only used the bike for 30 mins which was supposed to be only €1 for the subscription. We contacted the customer service and they rudely told us “you have agreed to our terms and conditions which means you are responsible to pay for this amount.” That’s quite unforgiving considering how glitchy their bike system is overall. When we were at the bike station, another local guy asked us for help because he supposedly released a bike but someone else released the same bike which she had already driven off. His account was charged for someone else’s ride and he couldn’t use the account to release another bike because the account was technically in use. He called the service and nobody answered the phone. Too much hassle and super unreliable system they have.
