The concept of the app is good, it’s easy to enter and categorize.
The problem comes about now when I have a whole bunch of information entered and the app has stopped functioning.
All that time spent entering information I now have to replicate in a different app or spreadsheet.

Many bugs and technical issues
This app and software constantly fails. Bank accounts will get randomly unlinked and many times it will miss information and other times you will get duplicates. The app will stop working and you’ll have to delete and reinstall it for it to work again. Needs a lot of work to be worth paying for it. Not reliable.Show lessROD4415
What a disappointment
We purchased their product so that we could test it with all the functionality. We had been working with their text support trying to get it to do what we needed. Once we determined that it wasn’t going to work for us we were told that we could not get a refund because we had used it for 13 days. We paid for a whole year, if you want to work with a company that would do this to a customer your making a big mistake. Buggy and a headache to use
If you have more than one property and bank account, do not use this software. It routinely duplicates account and expenses and will eat up your time and patience. The features are very limited. Simply not suitable for anyone that takes their portfolio seriously.Shamus103
Buggy, not robust, more headache than not
If you are a serious investor, I would steer clear of this software. If you are a passive investor with one property and one bank account, then this might be the solution for you. But it becomes a mess when you have multiple bank accounts and properties. The software routinely duplicates accounts and expenses requiring you to manually fix. Great way to focus everything in one app. Surprised there is not a ton of reviews! Hopefully the app developer continues with this!

Don’t do it
Do you have to upgrade to premium if you have more than two properties. Which is not the problem, the problem is the mobile app. Good luck uploading any receipts without the app freezing on you. You then have to delete and reinstall the app…Which is also not that big of an issue. But then he will just continue to do it the next time.Show lessAL13298046jhk
Best App For your Real Estate Investing
I wish I would have heard about this app sooner. It's everything I need with my rentals! It's much more focused than QuickBooks and easier to use. Costs less than all of the other platform and has a better user interface and does everything you need it to do. CHECK OUT THE WEBSITE ALSO!ljklj; j
One of the best apps I’ve used to date
Very user friendly. Great UI. Smooth, no lags or glitches. Much better than Stessa or other book keeping apps. Cant recommend enough & the team is very responsive to updates and changes.Greatest, ever
Only problem
Great app! Just started using it for my first property! Also issue I have is when I select the term length for the years, it only lets me choose between 5,10,15, and 20 years. I have a 7 year loan so that is my only concern! Other than that, amazing app!!mhamm11
