Too expensive for a 1 month membership
Lots of handsome Korean men but it is way too expensive for a monthly membership. Way too many ads as well. Ads every 2 seconds when trying to view a members picture which is very overwhelming. It is ok to have ads but not ads that pop up every second. But the app is good just way too many ads and premium memberships are way too expensive.Show lessJoleneGray75

I downloaded the app AND paid for two membership upgrades, but the app stopped working IMMEDIATELY afterwards! White screen… no customer service to contact… no refund available! I even deleted and redownloaded the app, but still just a white screen.

Hi, We're sorry for the experience you had with our application and services. After receiving your complaint, we did conduct some internal tests, but couldn't encounter the same error you described and other users were normally purchasing our subscriptions. It would be helpful for us to fix the issue if you let us know your production environments such as your ios version and iPhone device version. We did notice that one of our users made a duplicated purchase of six-month-subscription. This may happen due to delayed notification from Apple. We confirm users' premium status when users purchase our services AND finally Apple confirms their purchases over our server-side channel. Most of the times, this is done immediately, but sometimes there may be a few minutes of delay. In the event, we notify users to wait a little bit to process their purchase. You should contact Apple customer service to get refund of the duplicated purchase. Developers don't have control over the in-app purchases customers made. Only Apple can decide which purchases are refundable and release the refund. Lastly, we do have a customer service contact point. The link is listed on the app description and inside the app menu "Community and Support". If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us 😌Scam
They give you a notification saying somebody likes you and makes you buy the subscription and then they give you fake people who says liked you. For example, like a BTS- Korean K-pop stars-

HI, We're sorry for the experience you had with our application and services. However, we do not induce our users with fake Likes to purchase the subscription services. We only do moderation and we do it at our best for our users to enjoy the best service. In the process, we've never initiated a fake Like. Fraudulent and spam users are banned from our services in a bit with other users' report. It would be helpful to maintain a safer community if you use the report feature to report such users.
