There’s no guidance, no enforcement of rules, and no effort to address recurring problems. The lack of accountability and professionalism is glaring. The only reason I continue to participate is the lack of better volleyball programs in New York City.
For anyone considering expanding a volleyball program to NYC, know this: there’s a massive group of dissatisfied players here eager for a well-organized, player-focused alternative. The demand is high, and the competition is weak.

If there is any credit you are missing from the app we can both refund you in credits or back to your original payment method if you didn't get to play your full game and have the experience you signed up for. We appreciate your feedback and will make sure to work what you're feeling, we are hoping to have different level games in the future, we're all in it to have fun but we definitely must be safe while doing it! Email us at customersupport@goodrec.com so we can refund you and gift you a game on us so you can get the proper high level experience.

I’m not sure why this is such a common thing. That being said, I had also asked for a refund since I didn’t get to play my game. Communication went well and Customer Support said they’d give me a full refund.
Instead, I am charged the same amount that I was asking to be refunded. Don’t use this app, especially if you’re looking for soccer games in your area.
