Didn’t take the time to release a working app
This app didn’t recognize the pages and crashed four times while I was reading the book to my daughter (using the arrow buttons on the app) the first time.
After that disaster, I was able to get the app to sometimes recognize pages when sitting by myself pointing it at a book open flat on a table. But what’s the use of that? This is not going to be “magical” or “intuitive” or even very useful.
But on the plus side you can hear all about dan brown if you bought the book mostly because it has a celebrity author and don’t want to actually read to a child with it.*asr*
Such a great book
Can’t imagine this book without the accompanied music from this app!

I love the book and the music but the app is TERRIBLE. It makes my phone really hot (I have a nice iPhone 11) and I can’t close out of the app easily. Also can’t figure out the whole picture thing so I do it manually each time to flip pages.K8e1111

Crazy energy Drain/Runs Hot
My daughter loves this book. The app will play the songs and display a corresponding image.
This app however makes my phone run SO HOT. By the time I’m done reading I’ve lost 8%-12% of my battery. I’ve used the app on iPhone X and the new 12 Pro. Force-close this app when you close the book and save yourself.Koataylor

App doesn’t work
The book and music were both great, but the app doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. It’ll play the music, but only works manually. Me pointing the app at the book does nothing. If anyone knows of a way to fix this your advice works be much appreciated...drj31

The book is wonderful, but the app shuts down as soon as it loads and asks for camera access. Running IOS 12.4.8. Tried removing the app and downloading again, still doesn’t work.Nikki Critser
