This is complicated to say precisely since it depends on other factors, such as skin tone, body clothes coverage, etc. But as a general rule, for a Caucasian type with arms and legs uncovered it should be enough 20 min. while the Sun is at 50° or above. App is very easy to understand. Has angles, time periods and length of time the sun is at 45 or 50 degree angles. During Covid, this is the best app you can ask for. Developer is very responsive and cares about the app. App displays time of the day when the sun is at 45 and 50 degree angles to get the maximum sun exposure. This is a great app to hopefully help people realize how to safely get the best ( natural) vitamin D. We would have much less illnesses if 80+% of the population wasn’t vitamin D deficient. I use it everyday during vitamin D season.Bonnib30
