Answer a few questions about your pet, enter the kCalories for your pet's food and get an estimate of the right amount to feed them to maintain their current weight. If your pet is overweight use the Ideal Weight Calculator to determine what your pet should weigh. Ideal weight is calculated using their current weight and the Body Condition Score (BCS) . Hungry Pet includes instructions for determining BCS as well as links to several websites that provide instructions and videos. Hungry Pet uses the same formulae most veterinarians use to calculate pet food requirements and ideal weight.
