So so annoying app
Very poorly designed
I have been trying to transfer some money for my mothers medical bills and the beneficiary is waiting for last 1/2 hour
I still coudnt make as
1 it’s so so slow downloading
2 by the time I finished entering 4/3 of the details my session expires .. it’s so f..king frustrating
3 to get the verification cord the session expires
This app s good to deal with known accounts not with an unknown

Please add a function to search through the saved beneficiary list it’s very difficult to select a payee after going through the long listSendur123

Hi, thank you very much for your feedback.It takes literally 2 mins to load the next menu
Using from overseas and this app is a nightmare! It literally takes around 2 mins to load the next page consequently resulting in session time outs. Also, never get the OPT to the foreign number so have to rely on the email OTP.
It was working nicely last year, but now it has reached the pinnacle of sri lankan banking apps. Frustrated!Show lessTechefy

Asking to change the password time to time is a issue. I can’t remember passwords like a kid. No biometric or Face ID method.Hero1115

Hi, Biometric & Face ID enable for the Application. But you will only be able to use the app with the updated version.Bank staff useless

Need the ability to schedule payments monthly without having to configure every month manually.
Also ability to export transaction to an excel file.
