great service but maybe not for long?
amazing service, good app that lets you track progress, everything is well done and so far they have not lost a single package of mine (knock on wood)
however, the turnaround time between packages being received, showing up in your account, and being shipped out is getting longer and longer. 2 days per step now, used to be 4-6 hours just an year ago.
ios app is also buggy and has been showing every shipment as #000000 for the past several versions now.Reliable Service
I’m a new member but have had 3 separate shipments that have all reached my home with no problems. It seems like most of the bad reviews are not coming from actual customers but from people shipping private sale items thru reship and then not being able to collect funds from their buyers. This is not reships fault! Funds should be collected prior to shipment. Easy fix for yall. Anyway, my experience has been nothing but positive. I was nervous with my first two shipments reading the bad reviews but after very quick turnarounds on each and 100% transparency thru the app I would not hesitate to use them for future purchases.took a risk
This is my first time ordering to have something reship to the US from the UK and I didn’t face any issues!
It’s pretty simple, just create an account and they automatically give you your three separate addresses (UK, US, and CAD) then place an order on whatever website you want.
Depending on where the website is from you add either a UK, US, or CAD address that Reship provides for you.
Wait a few days for it to arrive to the UK, US, or CAD warehouse (In this case I bought from a UK website so I waited a few days for it to arrive to the UK warehouse) they sent pictures so I could confirm that it’s the Item that I ordered.
From there I chose the shipping speed that I wanted and paid the price for it (I chose the cheapest option which was $35) they provided a tracking number and a few weeks later the item arrived! Very happy with my experience :)
