The login for the mobile application is separate from the Nala website. You should be receiving an email with your login credentialsThis app is an excellent tool!

App has improved - still lacking features
This app has come in handy. While I’m out and about I have been able to take multiple exam attempts. It would be nice if I could tag questions that I feel are not properly worded or the answer is vague.Luisa621

Update: one more thing I think should be added is the break down of your scoring. Which section did I perform poorly on (?) so I can concentrate my studies on this area. I think they added some updates to space out the answers but still needs some work.
So essentially I paid $59 for this app and it is marking answers wrong I know are correct. So how many questions give incorrect info and I don’t know? It’s VERY basic and that would be fine if it were accurate. There are no settings and no options to reset password that I have found. Also when I take a break, I have to scroll through all my previous answers to get to where I left off. Need to break each section into a testing unit. I don't think this syncs up with the online test either and that would be helpful. Needs some work.Show lessCaker7000

I read about this app and immediately downloaded it as I’m currently studying to take the cp exam. I use the same login for my active membership and the app says the login information isn’t correct or that the user information may have been deleted. I went to the NALA member section on their website and can still log in. So I’m a bit confused as to why I can log in and use the app when I’ve paid to take the exam.Show lesscorrinenn

Hello, The login credentials are different than the Nala member website. If you did not receive an email from Nala recently informing you about that application and providing your credentials please contact nalanet@nala.orgMarks correct answers incorrect
This app has some glitches that need to be fixed. It repeatedly marks answers as incorrect when they are actually correct.jbuck387

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. This issue was resolved with version 1.0.9. I see you are currently using it. Any attempts that were started prior to this version would still be plagued with this issue. Please go ahead and submit this attempt and start a new one. In the future, you will be able to discard and remove any attempts you wish.
