Can’t enter parcel numbers
My parcel numbers are nine characters long (nnn-nn-nnnn or nnn-nn-nnnz). App requires a ten character string. Can’t register parcels so app is unusable.

Hello R Herb! Sorry you are not able to input your numbers. We have updated the app to allow the use of 9 digit parcel numbers and calculate the final digit. Parcel Numbers sent in documents from the Treasurer’s office will be a full 10 digits/characters. When entering numbers, only use numbers and letters. You do not need to include the dashes. You can also find your full 10 digit Parcel Number at the Parcel Inquiry website which provides additional lookup information for free and is located here. https://treasurer.pinal.gov/ParcelInquiry/ Thank you for your feedback!
