Frustrating language barrier

Have not had success getting directions and FAQ help in English. All of the web site is in Italian.

C’est bien mais ça pourrait être mieux

Quand on vend un casque connecté à 200€ il faudrait que l’appli suive. Puisqu’en effet le casque est connecté au téléphone via une appli et que cette dernière ne fonctionne pas top, beaucoup de bugs qui vont peut-être être résolus avec le temps. Affaire à suivre

No soft setting option

I am unable to set soft option on the light. Always defaults to normal setting. Two taps to wake up the device does not work. Two heavy slaps required. Device does not indicate 100 percent charged after 25 hours on charge.
I like the device but it does not perform to expectations.

Terrible app

App constantly quits when trying to use it on iOS (2022 latest version). Utter trash app. Luckily the actual light is ok.

Not much use as brakelight

Way to sensitive, cant use lowest sensitivity setting. App crashes if trying to bring up saved trups

Hi Steve, Thanks for leaving us a review! The app does actually save your braking sensitivity when set, even though it jumps back to another previous setting. However, for the app crashing, you can always clear the apps cache memory. In order to do this you must launch the app, then click on the icon that looks like a stick figure, and then click several times on the version in the upper right corner. Reset phone to prevent app crashing

Hi there, I found the solution for the app crashing when first installing onto phone. Once you have your device connected to your phone you must (and this is very important) hard reset your phone. This step is important for the app not crashing all the time. So whatever phone you have, once your device is connected, you then have to turn off your phone (reset it) Hope this helps with the app crashing on your phone.

Hi Utahmoe, Thanks for getting back to us. Indeed, usually rebooting your phone will take care of most issues. Meaning that it's a phone problem, not an application problem. Otherwise, rebooting would not fix it. To get things straight, a hard reset is when you restore your phone to the initial warehouse settings. What you are suggesting people do is reboot their iPhone. After purchasing the Cosmo Connect device I had a problem with the remote, after reaching out to Cosmo via their website I got an immediate response and after providing a little more information their promptly arranged, without hesitation, to send to me a new remote, to Perth Western Australia. I am a happy customer and user of their product.

App keeps crashing

App keeps crashing and without app you don’t have much functionality with the cosmo light.
Money wasted i guess 😢

Useless product due to crashing app

Each time I connect the Cosmo Moto to the app, it crashes. Latest app and latest firmware.
Do not buy this product until they fix the app crashing on connecting device. It will not work without the app running.

Won’t connect to my Cosmo Bike

Won’t connect to my Cosmo Bike. Also, App icons are off the side of the screen too! No Apple Watch support (one of the main reasons I bought it). If you’re going to unify the apps, at least offer equivalent functionality before doing so. Not great.
