Works good - if you can log in
I think the app is fine to use and easy to navigate when logged in. The issue for me has been being able to actually successfully log in. About 90% of the time when I try to log into just the mobile app, I receive an error message. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app several times. My login info is correct & I am able to log into my account online/desktop with no issues. But the mobile app won’t let me in. Makes it difficult to keep up with logging calls & mail. I’ve reached out for assistance but haven’t had any help or resolution yet. Will update if that changes!cejeffet
