Absolute garbage speakers for connection issues. Have had issues 1000 times
A frustrated customer , failed by KEF
I bought KEF with high hopes from #crutchfield. Started getting issues from day 1. Sent for service two times with no luck. The Usb does not work and the app never detects it always have problem air playing. I can’t believe how can KEF afford to have such a product in the market.
So bad
This app is dreadful, connects to the speaker then says no speaker connected. If it does connect, it will play two maybe three tracks then stop - similar to what other reviewers have said. The speakers sound great…on the rare occasion I can get it to link up and play.
Shocking product
This is a terrible buggy app and buggy product. For the huge money you spend this is a disgrace. I would never buy another active speaker from KEF.
Awful app terrible company
Have Kef lsx ii and regularly just can’t use them other than bluetooth as the app just errors, doesn’t connect and bricks the speakers. Kef support is useless, never again

Switched my phone to iphone 16 and kef connect doesn’t see the speakers anymore. Reset the speakers, they do configure ok as I can access them from my laptop but from
my iphone still won’t work.

Pas assez fiable
Sur le papier c est bien malheureusement trop de bug ou la musique stop . Impossible de changer de titre … il faut redémarrer l application (amazon music par kef connect en wifi) c est vraiment pas a la hauteur de la quality Kef . ( niveau Wifi très bon)

Update has for me killed Qobuz
It’s occasions like these when I start regretting getting my Kef speakers. The app had one purpose link my Qobuz with the speaker it does not do that after the update
Poor
This is a very poor app. In order to get Amazon music in Ultra HD (24bit) you can’t stream from a phone (Bluetooth compresses) and so you need to use the speakers to stream. Unfortunately the app regularly crashes, and freezes with a message that says ‘exception’, meaning that listening to HD music is impossible.
For such stunning speakers you would think Kef would get the app right, given that the speakers are rendered useless without.

Incredible
I love my new KEF speakers and streaming from Tidal in HiRes is amazing. Thank you so much for making such wonderful speakers. I love them.
