  • NOT bullet journal app

Save your money, this is not useful.

We are sorry that you didn’t find the app useful. Do you have any suggestions that could make it useful?
  • Nice app

As I said, in the title, this is a nice app. I’m still learning how it works, and trying to figure out the tabs. But it’s still a good app, and once I get that figured out, I might be able to use it.

What issue are you having with learning how to use the tabs? We’d love to help in any way we can.
  • Updated Review

    [Update]
The developer reached out to me addressed the issues I had. The first issue with creating a journal was due to me not selecting an image first. Since this was not shown as being a requirement, I did not go through that step. As for the subscription issue, I was able to fix it by unsubscribing and removing the app, and then resubscribing and reinstalling. He said he would investigate it further.

After using the app for several days and I think there are some more things that can be done to improve the UX. Right now I would say it is functional and useable though. I would say its a good 3.5 stars, with another half a star for the developer's quick response.

The developer was very responsive to my feedback and I think with a few more tweaks this will be a stellar app.

I can't create a journal. The add journal button is greyed out even after entering a journal name. It says I'm not subscribed even though my subscription status is active. There is no support link on the developer’s site and it looks like the only way to reach out is through Twitter, and I don’t do Twitter or any other social media. I can live with a few bugs but this app is unusable in this state.

Thank you for the updated review! We are constantly working to improve the app, and your feedback has been invaluable. [original] Did you add a journal image? The add journal button will be grey if you don’t add the image. Also you can send support request to support@bujojournal.com. Very curious about the subscription problem you are experiencing.
  • Tired of carrying around multiple journals

I got tired of carrying around 3 journals everywhere I go. One for my personal appointments, one for my notes and one for work. After searching the App Store for a while and trying other apps, this one was the only one that truly replaces all my journals. I was reluctant at first since my goal was to avoid digital, but this helps. I just turn off my notifications and it’s just like I’m working on paper.
  • Replaces my notebook journal

I tried a digital bullet journal app after getting my new iPad and am very satisfied with this app. It has replaced my analog bullet journal and provides the functionality I need for my daily tracking activities and planning. I like being able to use templates for month and week spreads as it makes it easier to browse. I will be continuing my subscription to this app.

  • Drawing and doodling, and taking notes is fun with this app!

This is considered a bullet journal app but I am an artist and really enjoy using this to draw and keep things organized. The notes section is really good, it helps me keep lists of what I want to draw next. I highly recommend this app for any one looking for a journal or a drawing app. 🙂

  • Loving this app more than I thought I would!

Thank you for creating this app! I have tried a lot of journal apps and this is the only one that actually can replace my paper bujo. But I still love my paper journals, but find myself using this app more than the paper as of late. Thank you for this app!!
