Easy to use

Zenda makes managing school payments easy. The integration with the school canteen makes it easy to top up my children’s account as needed. The customer support is also great when you need it.

Today I asked Shorouk, one of the member of Zenda to help me with 2 issues that I faced. Both of them been solved within minutes.
So quick, polite and competent person.

Usability is a big issue

The app is okay but has serious usability issues. It’s very slow, notifications don’t show properly, the notifications icon in the app is always showing there are new messages when there are none, navigating between messages is clunky, there is no way to filter unread notifications, when you open an attachment, there is no obvious way to go back. Just to name a few!

A very simple app to use & the Zenda team are excellent in resolving issues, especially with out of country payments. Proactive, available on WhatsApp and very capable to resolve any issues we encountered. 5-star service! 👏👏👏👏

Really impressed with Zenda

I have been using the app for a year now for school fees and activity payments. I am not patient or great with technology and the support team have always been fantastic. The only errors happen on my side!
