No Alexa support
I tried in vain to get this to work and find it simply will not connect to Alexa. The software keeps telling me to upgrade the app, the app tells me it’s upgraded. For now I will keep the plugs but I can only use them from the phone not the way I intended them

Found this app very difficult to link to Alexa.
wont work with alexa
i tried to hook it up for AN HOUR. I finally found the directions which are different than any other device hook up and it never worked. sending the product back this only works if you’re gonna use you’re phone.

My strips don’t work even with the app it’s ridiculous.

Good app, needs more control
I love the lights, wish you could control the colors on the scenes instead of them just being preprogrammed. Other than that they are great lights.
