Smart alarms to ensure a higher level of safety and give, even in unpredictable circumstances, the right support to those who take care of children in everyday life:
• SMARTPHONE CHARGE LOW ALARM
If the driver's smartphone is about to run out of charge, the App sends an alert to remind him/her to recharge it. In addition, you can activate an optional service to send alarm messages via the RECARO Cloud to the default contacts to alert them that the driver's smartphone has no charge. This service can be activated by going to the “Settings/Alerts" section of the RECARO Kids App.
• CHILD AND SMARTPHONE ON BOARD CAR AT STANDSTILL ALARM
If the driver's car is at a standstill for some time with the child and the smartphone on board, the App is able to report this anomaly to the server and react with a specific alarm.
In fact, you can activate an optional service of sending alarm messages via the RECARO Cloud to the default contacts to warn them that the driver may have forgotten his/her smartphone in the car because it has been at a standstill for some time with the baby on board.
This service can be activated by going to the “Settings/Alerts" section of the RECARO Kids App.
• NO CONNECTION ALARM
In case the driver's smartphone is unable to communicate with the RECARO Cloud for too long, the App will send an alert informing him/her that the smartphone has no connection.
In addition, you can activate an optional service to send alarm messages via the RECARO Cloud to the default contacts to warn them that the driver's smartphone is not communicating the status correctly and therefore is not able to send alarm messages in case of emergency.
This service can be activated by going to the “Settings/Alerts" section of the RECARO Kids App.

RECARO Easy-Tech is a car seat safety device by RECARO Kids that informs you of the child's presence on board, offering peace of mind for you and maximising your child's safety.
Download the RECARO Kids app and follow a few simple steps to connect the RECARO Easy-Tech device to your smartphone.
RECARO Easy-Tech has three alert levels for greater safety:
- alarm 0: if the parent moves away from the car with his or her smartphone, leaving the child on board, RECARO Easy-Tech sends a first notification to the parent's smartphone. From that moment, the driver has 3 minutes to calmly complete tasks such as unloading the groceries from the car, loading luggage or refuelling.
- first-level alarm: should the parent spend more than 3 minutes away from the car a visual, audible and haptic alert will activate and can be silenced within 40 seconds
- second-level alarm: if the first-level alert is not silenced within the available time frame, the second-level alarm will send warning messages to all preset emergency contacts, providing geolocation data for the child.
RECARO Easy-Tech sends a notification to your smartphone when the child has spent an extended period of time in the car seat, reminding you to take a break.
The Recaro Kids app allows you to monitor the battery level of the paired device and sends a notification when the battery level is low.
RECARO Easy-Tech comes with 15 alarm messages included; additional packages can be purchased in the "Settings/Alarm messages" section.
One family account can be paired with up to 4 devices.
