Was told EU only connection when trying to link my account, i then got a warning from trading212 that my account t had logged in from the US, which is not in the EU.
I don’t actually know if this is malicious but caution for anyone who is planning to try this from outside the USKristan.S

Thanks for your feedback. As you used the Trading212 connection we use the third party provider Flanks from spain for the connections. They are a licensed and by the bank of Spain supervised provider for PSD2 compliant connection. If a service used access outside of their promised EU server locations, please contact our support them, so we can send the case to Flanks for additional investigation.Best Portfolio and dividend Tracker I found

Why did an account from Spain and Israel login into my account ? I have taken all the measure to protect my account but why is there a login from two diffrent locations at once ???Jackknifee

Thanks for your feedback. If you use Open Banking, the login takes place via an interface of a certified and officially monitored provider with a PSD2 license, which allows you to retrieve the corresponding securities data in Europe. In the case of Trading212, Interactive Brokers and DeGiro, this is the service provider Flanks from Spain, which is supervised, controlled and licensed by the Bank of Spain. With Open Banking, transmitted data is converted into so-called anonymized "hashes", which are then used to request the corresponding data from the broker. For this purpose, an API is used for data retrieval in an end-to-end encrypted data environment. At no time are providers or flanks able to read your access data. The (virtual) login to the broker takes place via Flanks servers, which use corresponding server infrastructures from Google, which is why you also receive the login messages. However, we always rely on service providers who only use interfaces with read rights. This means that at no time can anything other than reading data be done via these connections. No data can be changed or sent with these connections.Very good app - just need a csv import option

Spent many hours in last weeks trying to pull data thru direct broker connection. App confirms that broker is connected an data will be available shortly, but it never happens.
So, nice looking app but needs to work out it’s usability.Hnza75

I only tried one stock as a trial and it was a NVDA CDR and the price was just wrong.. off by $10Emmett_PD
