Reflexively downloaded this app when trying to buy tickets for “Expo Lagos”. The sign-up process was seamless. UI is easy to understand.
To me, the UX is underdeveloped. I feel this application should be a place where event goers can hold their tickets and search for events that are leveraging the Tix.Africa platform.
Maybe the brand isn’t concerned with positioning themselves as an “eventbrite” but it still seems like a missed opportunity to me.
