Ordering through the app is a gamble!
For starters, I always ask for my dressing and croutons on the side and they always leave out ingredients, vegetables and croutons. They put the dressing on the wrap and it makes it all soggy so by the time it’s time for me to eat it, it is not very appetizing. They advertise that it’s a customizable salad bar, but you have to go in and watch them prepare it to get what you want. If you order over the app, they make a mistake 99% of the time and although the salad is fresh and healthy, you have to go through the line to see them make it and ask for extra everything, or else you get one teaspoon of your choice. Just know if you order from the app it’s a gamble. And when I order through DoorDash, they really skimp as compared to when I watch them make it.
