Description of OfficerApp

ShadowView is a secure video service that is part of the suite of services offered by Shadowtrack to minimize face to face contact between probation or parole officers and the offenders or defendants. The office has the option to record and download their video session to store locally or have an integration with the agency's existing caseload system.
