Don’t pay for membership
I bought membership, but I can’t even watch movies or series without stopping, live channel shows are same, stops every two minutes, I called their customer service, but they blamed my internet connection ( I had no problem with other apps with same internet), I did ask for refund, they said it’s not refundable.

It’s down for a while now so no need to keep in the phone, it’s time to uninstall and look for alternatives
IRIB TV channels not available on iphone's app
I used to have the GLWIZ app and all IRIB tv channels (eg TV1, 2, 3) on my previous iphone; however now that I've switched to a new iphone, the GLWIZ app that I installed on my new iphone doesn't show and list IRIB tv channels; I have called couple of times but no response unfortunately. Hopefully they can fix this issue

Terrible and rude technical support/customer service
Not only they do not help you with the issue, they are very rude.
My favorite shows page has gone totally blank . I called customer service to get it fixed. The guy tells me add it again!! We don’t do anything with favorites. I am asking what happened to my list. He starts yelling at me that we cannot fix it and hung up on me!!
Not to mention that half the shows either freeze, or does not have a sound, or many other technical issues that we customers put up with,,,, but to tell me that my list just got deleted and they had nothing to do with it is poor poor service… and hanging up on customer after yelling … well !!

یعنی من زن اون مسئول این اپ پیزولی رو گاییدم که تو این ایام جام جهانی اعصابی از من ضعیف کردید که زدم گوشی ۱۴۰۰£ رو شکوندم. فقط میتونم بگم کیر خر تو ناموستون زن جنده های دهاتی که نتونستم حتی ۵ دقیقه بدون سردرد شبکه ۳ کیری ایران رو با اون تصویر ضعیفش نگاه کنم.

When needed is inoperative!!!
Any important event like soccer games want to watch the app is inoperative which is worthless!
