Pointless download
Downloaded the app, created an account, authenticated email , can’t sign in 😒 sign in button doesn’t click, “go” button doesn’t work. Can’t sign in at all
Freezes A Lot
This is a very frustrating app to use. Freezes a lot. You click on something and nothing happens. You got to click like over 10 times for something to load. Slow and buggy app. Save yourself the trouble and just order from their website.
Love Olens but the app needs fixing
I love Olens but the app needs to be better. It crashes a lot and sometimes the “back” button doesn’t work. It should make browsing and purchasing better not complicated

Worst app in the world
Rated for 1 star cuz is the lowest mark, more horrible than you can imagine! Ask you to download the app for the discount than charge you for the delivery fee which is free if not apply the discount. Worst advertising and app ever, not gonna buy any of olens product
App itself still buggy
I love olens and was so excited to see that they have an app now because it’ll be so much easier. not the case tho. the navigation options weren’t as convenient as the website (such as last chance/clearance or searching for contact according to diameter). it was freezing a lot and taking a long time between each click/step to actually buy the contacts which made me extremely frustrated and actually stopped me from buying my order because it was just too annoying. this is just my experience with the app itself. I will always buy my contacts from olens and I love it to death but the app needs some working on. (also thank you for 20% off)

Too slow and shutdown all time
This app is too slow and got shutdown all time! I cannot place any order. It did not remember order, when it auto shutdown, all the order is gone. Really annoying

It’s good app for easy shopping BUT
It’s a good app for easy shopping but if you are an existing customer with an account the sign in feature is broken it won’t sign you in I would just use the website instead of the app.
