    The app is great! The membership is just a little expensive when you pay $15/ month and dont do something every month. What happened to the $10/month. I have a flyer that says $10 but when I went to use it it said $14.95 and also there is still a billboard in my town that promotes $10/month!🤷‍♀️

    Thank you for the feedback. Many of our unlimited locations pay off the membership value in a single visit! We do still offer a $10 alternative if you sign up annually at $120 a year.
  • Fun for everyone

    I subscribe to memberships for myself my daughter and two granddaughters. We can find something fun to do any day of the week for free or at a great discount. I’d love to see more partners join. YMCA’s, Premiere Cinemas, or Pure Family Fitness would be great additions.

  • GLOBAL PLAY WOOHOO

    BEST SERVICE ON THE EASTERN SHORE!!!! I cannot tell you how many times I have been stuck at home with nothing to do. Global play changed everything. I go out for a discounted price and have the best time with my friends and family! Can’t wait for more adventures with this company!

  • App not working

    This was a good app and I really liked it. Then last week the app stopped working. It just is a completely black screen with the FunFull name in the middle. Nothing else. I deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing still the black screen. I contacted customer service and they said my account was completely fine on their end. She had no idea and had me email her a pic of what I was seeing. She then said she was puzzled and would send it to the tech department. It’s been crickets. Have not heard anything. Still can’t access my account either. We were looking forward to the summer using it too. Disappointed in the lack of support.

  • Misleading

    I saw on FB that a local place just joined Funfull. I installed the app to see what it was all about. I discovered that when they say “unlimited”, that isn’t true. Their listing shows “Unlimited” at the top, but in the “What’s Included” section it says it is one game of bowling and shoes. Also, in the pictures of the app listing, the price says $10/month and the listing says $14.95. Not sure what the right price is because I didn’t get that far, but might want to fix that.

    Thank you for your feedback. Our unlimited locations are locations that you can visit at no additional cost as a member. For example, you could get 1 game of bowling and shoes every day at the bowling alley you were interested in. For pricing, our membership is $14.95 a month or $120 a year, equivalent to $10 a month.   • Better access for kids

    You should be able to share access with the kids when they are going places with friends so that the parent or anyone else that doesn’t have funfull have to follow people just so they can check into a place

    We do have several features to help make this process easier! We have delegated access, where you can share access of your child's membership to another trusted adult. Also, if your child is a teenager, you can enter their phone number and email address and they will be able to make visits on their own.   • Probably depends on the city

    I tried a trial membershipship in boise, and while I like the idea, it just isn’t worth the price. There’s like 3 things my family can actually do unlimited and the discounted things are all movies. To be fair Boise doesn’t have a lot to do in the first place so I’m sure it’s hard for the app to work with that. Their customer service is great though! I would just recommend you see what they offer in your city to see if it’s actually worth it.

  • App needs A LOT of improvement

    Great concept, not user friendly. Lots of bugs.

  • Was good but going downhill

    The app when we first got it and the membership early this year was great. There was free kayaking and the other options were good as well. Now, the app contains ads all over the place. The main place being when trying to check in you are forced to watch an ad. Second locations listed on the app are not necessarily still active on the site or even open for business. Locations are not that close to us so we took the time and travels 40 minutes to a location listed in the app that showed as open. The business was not at the address listed in the app. The phone number in the app also did not work. I had to search else where to find the correct phone number. After calling I learned that this business is no longer offering services and permanently closed. Lastly, when a business moves from unlimited to now paying it reduces the value of us the end users. When we purchased into the membership for a specific business discount. This membership no longer makes since because the benefits decrease each time a business moves from unlimited to paid with discount. There are not enough unlimited businesses on the app that are worth while to visit to make the app a good return on investment. I was already not planning on renewing this next year. Now I definitely won’t be.

    Thank you for the feedback. We have been experimenting with 3rd party advertising in our app; however, the advertisement at the time of check-in has been permanently removed. We thank you for bringing to our attention a closed location that had not notified us they were closing. Our partnership team strives for accuracy in the app, and when situations arise where this isn't met we always work with the affected member(s) to resolve the situation. We understand your frustration as we had a couple of unlimited partners leave the platform earlier this year; however, we do hope you reconsider your decision to return as a member as we have added several new local options to the unlimited offerings and are always striving to increase the value we provide to our members.
