  • Good game I think

Not bad at all. Pretty good storyline, actions consistent with storyline. Good graphics, good puzzles not too difficult. Rarely needed to use hints. Does not use many HOS, something I dislike in games of this type. My only complaint, and true of all games of this nature I’ve bought, is that protagonist almost always discards any tool he/she acquired after using it once, and needs to find another one if a similar type tool is needed again. Who uses a flashlight once and throws it away? Who uses a screwdriver once and discards it? And on and on… : )

  • Puzzles

This is the best AMundi game I have played so far. Some HO games but mostly puzzles, I love puzzles.
  • Updates

Ever since you updated the game it takes five minutes to download!
  • Absolutely NOT Happy!

So, I pay $6.99 for this game because I enjoy the trial. And I’m playing and having a good time UNTIL I get to the part where the “mad scientist” explains that he was forced to dispose of John and hold his pregnant wife captive because they wouldn't go along with his plan for human testing. From that point on, every single mini-game I encounter gives me the John/Brenda “search” task (you know, identify 3 items that represent captivity, etc). So I’m playing the games blind, as it were, and they’re not always intuitive. Thus, the cause of my unhappiness, and the reason I won’t be forking over $6.99 to these developers again any time soon.

  • fun

enjoyed the variety of this game and it flows along well. i find the music dull and at one point the game has flashing lights which go on for a very long time. I found this so annoy8ing that i had to stop playing. anyone who has siezures could get triggered by this!

    Developer Response

    Thank you :)
  • Code doesn’t work

Was enjoying this game until I reached The Strange Cave. I completed everything until I came to the four digit code to open the door. I used the pyramid as suggested for clues and tried many number combinations. Nothing happens and I’m stuck!
Very frustrating especially after paying almost $11.00 dollars for this game. Would like a refund

This was a great title and one of the longest gameplay times I’ve experienced from this developer. Mini-games were challenging at times, which I like. There was some back and forth regarding scenes and object placement, but I also enjoy that. I’m always surprised to hear so many players within the HOAG genre dislike this feature — I believe it’s one of the few gameplay features that separates HOAG from Escape Room. If players are looking for a one-room-at-time experience, this isn’t the game or the genre (IMO) for them. Overall, this game had a great storyline and very few (if any) non-sensical tasks, for which cheating is often the only likely way through. The only time I had to refer to the walkthrough was for that cursed puzzle that requires you to click on the ‘red buttons’ to turn them all ‘green’. (I’m sure there is a strategy to that one but I just don’t seem to have the patience or brain capacity to figure it out. 🤪) This was also a welcomed reprieve from the fantasy approach (which I do enjoy but I also appreciate some essence of true crime injected into these stories every now and then). Great job to the developers! Well worth the $7, IMO! I would love to see more future titles from AM (true crime, fantasy or whatever!) follow this format of gameplay, length of playtime, and difficulty. 🤩

I enjoyed the story and the artistry but would have liked more hidden object games! The background music was boring so could be improved upon!

  • Had to pay twice

Love this series of games and am enjoying playing them again. To play Part 3 in its totality I had to purchase the whole game again. Why? Same game as far as I can tell, Carrie Rozee
