Doesn’t send text verification

Can’t comment if the apps any good as it doesn’t let me past the sign up. Sign up requires a verification code that gets texted to you but the text never arrives.

Best Delivery service offered.

I will start this review by saying it is a life savior when you are a single mom that lives out in the middle of no where. They are the only delivery service that will bring any food from any restaurant in Ruston to my Dubach address. I can’t say enough how awesome they are. Even when they make an honest mistake the owner is quick to reconcile it with you. The drivers, dispatchers, and owner are some of the nicest people you will meet. So thankful for this service.

Better Than Big Name Companies

From the efficiency of the app, to the kind drivers, the available local restaurants, all the way to the prompt response times from dispatch and upper management, this company has truly been a real game changer in our small rural parish.

When an error is made on their end, they ALWAYS go out of their way to make things right by the customers!

I left a review previously that got removed.
Ez delivery is a waste of time. The people that work for this app are extremely rude and it’s a waste of money. They say they don’t charge more for the food aside from the service fee but if you look on the menus in person vs ez there’s an upcharge. Don’t place to go orders !! You will still be charged to pick up your own food. Your best bet would be going for a proffessional more well known company. Sky high prices, rude service, low quality. I will continue to leave reviews until the customers and restaurants realize that it’s more headache than helpful to use ez delivery!

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We definitely take pride in providing a reliable, cost-efficient solution relative to the other players. As really only a 6-month old company, our team is constantly looking for ways to improve as we grow and learn. To provide a little insight on our fee structure, there's not really a menu fee, unless you're referring to a menu price upcharge - we apply sales tax and then a delivery fee if you have your items delivered. However, we do take a commission from restaurants. We give the restaurant owner the final say on how that cost is eaten, and every restaurant we have contracts with so far prefer to upcharge their menu prices by that amount versus offer the in-house menu price and the commission cut into their margins. Unfortunately, the technology (which we do not own outright) does not have the capability to have different prices for to-go orders versus deliveries - so yes, for now, it is cheaper to simply call it in yourself and we have even recommended to several customers to cancel their to-go order through out platform and place it themselves for that very reason! We keep it as an option as it can be valuable at restaurants whose phone lines stay busy during rush hours - your order gets through via EZ-DELIVER's platform and you're not stuck having to redial 15x! Support Small Business

Cheaper than the bigger named companies and the EZ Company regularly gives back to the community. Their app has some great functionally and I especially love being able to track the driver on their way to my house. Small Businesses like this one deserve your support!
