Great content terrible app and customer service
I think I purchased a yearly subscription to DIRTVision. My account was locked right before the Knoxville Nation because I change from a monthly subscription to a yearly, could not gain access to the Knoxville nationals, and then they locked my account. It was hard to get help from customer service. I really want to give them a five star rating but they need to improve the navigation of the app and make it more user-friendly. On the plus side the coverage is great. The racing is great if things improve I’m willing to change my review.

Make it easier
Normally DIRTVision is as simple as log in and find the event. Not so with the Knoxville Nationals. Nope you gotta watch a video which quickly tells you that the program you are looking for should be pinned T the top of the page or maybe down a bit but if not do this or that. I pay for the annual subscription, never have trouble getting what I’m looking for until this one. Good news is I get this for late model races more than sprints.

Chris Stephan
I do not like Chris Stephan as one of your announcers, for the following reasons.
1) His voice is screeching. He sounds like he is constipated. 2) He shouts into the mic.3) He does not announce late model chassis brand or engine builder. That is very important information. 4) He announces like a radio announcer. We can see on the TV screen what is going on.
I had to mute some of the Dirt Car Summer Nationals as I couldn’t stand listening to him. Imagine how disappointed I was when I tuned in to USA Nationals at Cedar Lake.
Reuben Moralis does a fantastic job and does not need to share the both with Chris Stephan. Reuben has a pleasant voice, only shouts into the mic if it is something “dynamite”. And, Reuben always announces the chassis brand and engine builder for each and every Super Late Model. Please coach Chris Stephan on how to announce a Super Late Model race or remove him from the broadcast. His voice and style is very irritating to me.

Love Love Love
If you’re a dirt track fan you need Dirt Vision. You never have to miss a race or wait until the day after to find out what happened at the track. The coverage is top notch. I love the WOO Sprint Cars, and I’m able to follow them all season now with Dirt Vision. So when they aren’t at Eldora or another track in Ohio that I have tickets for I can enjoy the greatest show on dirt from home. It’s been a lot of fun to see the other tracks on the circuit that may never have an opportunity to go due to travel. Dirt Vision is a 10 out of 10, 100 gold stars!

Coverage
As a resident of Southern New England,( the capital of asphalt “ modifieds”), it’s a great joy to watch real modifieds tear it up all thru central NY on my Tv and still be to work in the morning.
The coverage is great, almost as good as being there, but not quite.
Side note.. I read about Certain far away tracks in the weekly race paper as a kid,as an adult I’ve been to a few in person, and a few threw you.. your coverage is great.

Disappointed Aussie
I’m from Australia and I’m disappointed that I can watch a shortened highlight on YouTube after the feature event before I’m able to watch it on DIRTVision platform. If i don’t watch it live. I feel like I miss out on watching it at all. Floracing will upload a highlight of races shortly after event and able to watch it before knowing results. If I have to watch YouTube to do the same with DIRTVision then why should I pay a subscription?

Follow the action
I know the sprint car action is fast and hard to follow the entire track. Seems often the camera is following the leader with very cars near him and Johnny is talking about action somewhere else. If that is the only suggestion I could have you must have a pretty good product.

Get another mike to actually hear the cars
Love you guys, but it drives me crazy that you don’t have at least one microphone to be able to hear the cars. At least have a mike outside the press booth so it isn’t dead silence at all times except when they are racing. We should hear the cars going around during cautions. So much of racing is being able to hear those engines! Great sound makes great TV!
