Extremely difficult to signup

I am signing up as a sole trader and still the questions asked and the documentation required to upload is just not making any sense. I can easily walk to or can open any business account with any bank here in Australia with just a licence and company certificate and that’s it. The amount of questions asked and the number of documents asked to upload makes it a little suspicious. I had to leave signing up process. Work on it. Keep sign up process easier.

Very unstable and poorly done for a bank, crashes all the time

The app is very poorly done for an institution you should trust your money with. Crushes and freezes all the time. Virtual cards fail to link to Apple and Google pay.

Well Improved

Previously had an issue with Aspire as their previous partner wouldn’t issue a USD account for my local business however they’ve now changed how these are issued and I’m now a happy customer! ☺️

I am now fully able to use my account for both SGD and USD payments and it’s beautiful, the team has been great during the whole issue plus they made sure I was invited to these new accounts first.

Worst app I’ve ever used

Considering I have to run my business using this app is a joke. It’s painfully slow, freezes & crashes every time I use it. I’m counting down the days for Revolut business app to launch in Singapore.

Verified account is fake

My application was “verified” on the same day of application. Including confirmation email of login pin and Aspire Card being issued. That take effort to gather all the Corp document and payment to ACRA during submission. The app was downloaded and all went according to plan. While we get my Corp backend to change all the payment details to this new card. We did received #2,#3,#4 and #5 tips emails from Aspire and answers to our queries. When we decided to use the App. The application unverified my company. Imagine if we TT the $$ and the $$ are trapped there!! They said they would resolve this. But it’s a bit worrying now. Are they just collecting our information? I will hv to go DBS to clarify their so call tie up with the bank on Friday
