A System / Mobile App Current Time Bug
Hi Customer Support， There is a system clock bug in this Mobile App The app that manages intelligent fish feeder does not retrieve the current time from the handset system clock. After my city changed to Daylight Saving Time from Standard Time, the app feeding schedules have been messed up. Also, there is no place insider the App displaying the current time (if it can, you can fix the bug very easily). Just remember many cities in the world change time twice a year, even though China doesn’t change time. Please help fix it at your earliest convenience.

Lacks the ability to connect with Alexa or Google, and does not change automatically with daylight savings time.
No way update time zone or time!
Daylight savings ended, also app is terrible, I.e. lack of food. Need better English translation

Live in eastern time zone and just had daylight saving time change. App/device doesn’t sync the time on the phone and scheduled tasks are off by one hour.

I’ve been randomly logged out of my account. I’ve tried to retrieve my account number via email, but it returns an encrypted email address (****@gmail.com). I’ve sent an email asking for my account number which has been ignored. I don’t know how long my fish has not been fed for. This is a disaster and I would highly recommend that nobody buys the fish feeder for this reason!!!
