Not working

I did the 3-D body scan, it said it was complete but when I click to see it there is nothing there, a blank page. However measurements did come up and they were pretty accurate so that’s good. I even clicked out of the app twice and waited 15 minutes and still there’s nothing there!
UPDATE-took about 6 hours and then the body scan showed up!

Has potential

Its the most accurate of all the apps ive tried, but only when it works, which is almost never. It takes the pictures just fine but when it analyze i keep getting error code, body wasnt found. Hopefully they get a update to fix it

Incorrect measurements

The body scan is not congruent with a measuring tape nor is it correct body fat

Easy to use

This app has really motivated me to do better, however the measurements are off but it’s still neat to see

Body

It’s a good app but it doesn’t read easily and then it finally works and the 3d body scan doesn’t work till next day but I don’t really know if it’s that accurate definitely needs some work.

App is frustrating!!!!!

I have gotten app to take pictures twice. I didn’t use it for a few months and the app tells me that it doesn’t read a person or some other error message. I tried with cellular and wifi and without both. Keep getting the same message. 😖😡😠

Wont process pictures

Kept giving me an error 303 staring it could not read my left arm. Tried multiple times. ☹️

Must’ve tried 50 times

So I download this with the premise of doing a virtual body scan the fact it connected to my health app was a plus.
I download it and eagerly anticipated the results, failed, said it couldn’t detect my face, I try again, fail, and again.. fail
I move it to this side of the room.. fail, I move it to the other side of the room.. fail. No matter what I did it kept failing, either it was the front view, the side view but it seemed to be the face.
I just couldn’t get it to work at all. It’s pretty unfortunate.

Promising but seems like a beta

For starters, the app has never actually been able to show me a 3D model. In my most recent attempt to scan it failed three times in a row citing facial recognition issues. Frankly, that should be optional in the first place. I have little interest in posture data. I think this shows promise, but more work is needed.

Please update the Bodygram app to the latest version above and make sure that your entire body is on the screen and there are no obstacles when taking pictures. When taking pictures, please make sure that (1) the feet, head, and body parts are not protruding from the screen, and (2) the feet, head, and body parts are not hidden or interrupted by desks or objects. If the above does not resolve the error, please contact us at support@bodygram.com. Thank you for your continued support of the Bodygram application.

Cool but

So this is a cool app and seems pretty accurate as far as measuring goes. My problem is it does not allow me to look at the 3d scan after I do a measurement, and it’s not syncing with the health app. But over all still find it useful.
