UPDATE-took about 6 hours and then the body scan showed up!

Must’ve tried 50 times
I download it and eagerly anticipated the results, failed, said it couldn’t detect my face, I try again, fail, and again.. fail
I move it to this side of the room.. fail, I move it to the other side of the room.. fail. No matter what I did it kept failing, either it was the front view, the side view but it seemed to be the face.
I just couldn’t get it to work at all. It’s pretty unfortunate.

Please update the Bodygram app to the latest version above and make sure that your entire body is on the screen and there are no obstacles when taking pictures. When taking pictures, please make sure that (1) the feet, head, and body parts are not protruding from the screen, and (2) the feet, head, and body parts are not hidden or interrupted by desks or objects. If the above does not resolve the error, please contact us at support@bodygram.com. Thank you for your continued support of the Bodygram application.
