I don’t even have any idea what this app actually does. I was charged for a year subscription and wanted to to pay for the monthly subscription. I tried to contact support and got no response.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. The iOS trial and subscription are tied to your AppleID and thus needs to be cancelled from your Apple Account. All actions related to this account fall under Apple's terms of service, including their refund policy.
