What a pleasure to deal with the support staff and using the App. Is an absolute pleasure…….The help and support from help desk is really great and the patience shown is very impressive……

Digital bank, no digital wallet!

Until Bank Zero develops support for digital wallets i.e. Google pay Apple Pay etc, it has no value to me. Develop it, then we can talk.

Useless

There is no way to put money in the account without having another bank account to pay for the card so it’s totally useless as you only bank account. Apps like SnapScan don’t recognise bank zero for refunds so I closed the account.

How banking should be

Bank Zero feels light and breezy. It's not weighed down by 100 years of legacy.

I tried to open a business account at a traditional bank. So far the number of forms required is 10 and easily still that amount to come still.

Bank Zero only needed a couple of basic documents and the whole thing took about 10 minutes of actual time

Support staff (in this case Kamogelo) are friendly, fast and knowledgable.

Same goes for their personal banking.

Easy as pie! Very basic App, does the job. Easy online application and FICA process. Excellent customer service behind the App! Small Bank with great attitude. Well done!

Nice idea

Very nice idea. More functual and intuitive design and design upgrade such as Monzo in the UK might make more users change to your platform.

Powerful.

Excellent local banking product and service, and it’s all for free so I’m quite chuffed with that. The card has worked seamlessly in SA and for all my online use.

Great experience

You can open an account and do all the FICA steps right in the app. If you are tired of the term “go to branch with your ID and proof of address” then Bank Zero created the perfect app and process. This app is a one stop shop to do all your banking.

Useless

Can’t register because SMS never arrives.
Also, app support webpage link here leads to error 404. So much for a well devised system.
