This app is a triumph of non-functionality. But at least no one at Uovo will answer the phone to help or sort the order. There is no pasta good enough to warrant the phalanx of frustrations and Kafkaesque UX cul-de-sacs that awaits the would-be orderer. What is this, Paris?
