Ads keep locking up the game.

I know that free games means there will be ads. That is standard at this point. Unfortunately, my new iPhone(activated in August 2021) will lag and then lock up the game about every three levels in because of the ads, especially the interactive ones. It is so bad that I have to restart the phone to be able to get to the next level. It is one of the more interesting pull the pin style games, but it is becoming more frustrating than fun. The obvious fix is to purchase the upgrade, but with only a few days of play, I’m not that invested.

Good

Unlike other reviews, the adverts seem fine for me, yes they are long ads but you can easily skip them within 5 seconds! There are frequent ads between each level and the levels are relatively easy.

Other than that this game seems to be a good time waster and helps to develop supposed ‘skills’ I guess.

On some of the adverts though, when the exit cross comes up, I click on it and it won’t exit the advert, some of the adverts are not suitable for younger kids; zombie invasion games etc

Aggressive Ads and Manipulative Wording

I’ve never in my life had a phone app that had such hyper-aggressive advertisements.
You start the game? Ad.
You beat a level? Ad.
You unlock a reward? You can keep it, but only after you watch this ad.
You start a new level? Ad.
And after all this they STILL have an ad banner on the bottom of the screen at all times.

Then on top of that, you have to wait a couple seconds before you can advance to the next level. Why? Because they beg you to buy their premium currency. And their verbiage is very shady and borderline untruthful since they use the term “claim”, implying you already own the currency. But nope! You have to deal with this...
Every. Single. Level.

This app is the epitome, the textbook definition, the face of all things grimy and manipulative in the mobile gaming market. Unskippable and VERY frequent ads? Check. Cheeky strategies to trick you into buying currency? Check. A store full of things that don’t matter or are meaningful in any way? Check.

But hey! the game IS in there as seen, technically. It won’t brick your phone and it performs at a silky smooth frame rate. That’s a step above the rest of the flaming trash on this App Store. So congrats: you get TWO stars instead of one.

Horrible

Soooooo here’s the thing usually these games are fun because you can go into airplane mode and skip the adds BUT that said why does this game require internet connection?!? There is absolutely nothing that would need internet on that game other then the in game purchases. My guess is they want as much money as they can get I didn’t press the x2 button at the end of the game once and I made it through about 5 levels that lasted a total of 5 seconds each round if that followed by a 30 second add like what kind of game is that

Bombarded with ads

Unfortunately too many ads to be bothered continuing with this game, three minute long ads per 20 sec game play is ridiculous

too many ads+weird storyline

after every single level there is an ad. keep in mind that these levels literally take 5 seconds. Every ad is at least 10 seconds, so in that time you could’ve done 2 more levels. There are also some aspects of the game that are just confusing, such as the “smarter than __% of users”. I feel like it has no meaning or data that it’s based off of, especially because on level one it said i was smarter than 99% of users. There is no possible way that for every 100 people, only 1 could click a pin to get some diamonds. The smarter than a percentile of users just makes you feel stupid, especially when it’s an easy level.
Second thing is the storyline. It starts off as the character (I’ll call him Jerry) going on a desert expedition and then it’s a series of levels of him saving this girl from a tomb. Later, Jerry all of a sudden wants to go on a trip to the city and then randomly there’s poisonous gas and fires? Just kinda weird and I don’t see how it relates. I’m only on level 13, so I’m assuming there’s some even more weird storylines.
Lastly, the museum is super confusing. It just kinda popped out of nowhere and gave no explanation.
But overall, i’m glad it’s an actual pull the pin game.

There is no game, only ads.

This is just an example of greed on the part of the developers. I get it, free games need to be funded by something, hence the need for ads, but this is ridiculous. There are literally more ads than gameplay. This is the gaming equivalent of skipping through TV programs just so you can watch all the commercials.
If you were drawn here by the idea of playing something that is unplayable (despite being heavily featured) on ads for other games that subsequently turn out to be more dull than watching paint dry, then I urge you to run in the opposite direction. Don’t waste even 10 minutes of your life on this. If you do you’ll only get 1 minute of gameplay. It’s really that bad.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This pathetic attempt at a game made me hate my phone. Any positive review of this experience had to be written by one of the development team and is not authored by anyone who actually downloaded and played it.
Don’t believe me? Download and see for yourself, but don’t complain when you realise how spot on I was.

Not Sure

Tempted to uninstall because I’ve gotten an ad after EVERY SINGLE level I’ve completed. And they’ve made it to where you can’t play on airplane mode because the game needs wifi to run? But that’s ONLY so it can play the ads! I was really excited that someone finally made a game like this (unlike GardenScapes, which is just a match-3 game primarily, contrary to its false advertising), but the ads kind of don’t make it worth it to play unfortunately. Other than that, it’s a good, fun game, just not sure if I’m gonna uninstall because the ad is sometimes longer than the reward.

Constant ads and is very poor quality

This games concept is great I wish it was constructed better and was more enjoyable to play. But it was a huge disappointment to play don’t waste your time. This game does not function like it is advertised. It was definitely developed in a rush. It’s not worth spending anytime playing do not download it. I always try to give games a fair shot and even if they start out slow and boring I try to spend time playing to see if they improve. Don’t bother trying this app it is poorly developed and the concept it is developed around and advertised as is a just a scam for the company to profit This company is profiting off the constant ads that are run on the game. You spend more time watching ads than actually playing. This app is a scam you can tell it was developed with the sole purpose to generate quick profits for the company. The concept of this app is very popular and attracts downloads, everytime an ad is played on this app it increases the amount the company is paid. It’s the biggest scam ever this app is a scam to attract a high number of downloads so even if people are smart and stop playing early in the game the false advertising provides company profits because you immediately start watching ads when it is downloaded don’t waste your time. This app should be removed for unethical businesses practices.

Kinda fun... when it works

Like most free games this one is an ad farm... pass a level - watch an ad, fail a level - watch an ad... Upgrades and bonus are offered if you - watch an ad. All fairly common, except n this game, half of the time if you choose to watch an ad you will receive a message saying ads can’t be loaded. More than half the time, after completing a level the ad doesn’t load and the game freezes and you have to restart the app.
