Printer worked once. Completely unresponsive since then. I downloaded WhatsApp as required to contact customer service, they read my messages but have not responded at all. Terrible service. Terrible product.UnhappyAFwas alreadytaken

Just Bought this item and the app says its connected to the printer via bluetooth but all it does it freeze up when Im trying to print a document! Total waste of money! Returning it as fast as I bought it!Muhammadsson
Worked perfect until the last update.
The last page that you have to hit “print” on is inoperative. Worked perfect, then it forced me to update the app now it doesn’t work. Please fix ASAP.rmcp28

You have to use to app for printer and it locks up with every move. Even opening it locks up. So ridiculous. Fix your appBulldbg
