Feeds 5” past the label
I can’t find any settings within this app to change the Label feed. The label size is correct and it prints the label but then it continues to feed 5 inches past where it stopped printing. I then have to cut it and re-roll the paper every single print. I could do this by hand much faster.
Works just fine
I honestly do not know why the reviews are so bad. The app works as intended and has several templates. It is as easy to use as any of these inexpensive thermal printer apps. The person who said that the printer wouldn’t print, you put the paper in upside down. I’m sure of this because you checked for ink. Thermal paper, at least the small ones off Temu, only print on one side of the paper. It looks like the roll is upside down when you have it in the printer correctly.

Don’t download or buy this!
I clicked on this mini printer. So I follow the instructions and download this app. So when it started printing, there was no writing and I thought is there no ink and so I looked over the instructions again. Nothing. Then I looked at the review and then I found my answer. It just doesn’t work and it’s the terrible product don’t buy this.

FIX ASAP—PRINT BUTTON LITERALLY BROKEN
Don’t know how this has not been fixed yet, as there are other reviews saying the same thing—the app glitches and you are literally unable to press the PRINT button. Fix immediately, this is embarrassing.
Terrible
Printer worked once. Completely unresponsive since then. I downloaded WhatsApp as required to contact customer service, they read my messages but have not responded at all. Terrible service. Terrible product.
Broken
Doesn’t print. Just freezes on the print page.
No printing
Just Bought this item and the app says its connected to the printer via bluetooth but all it does it freeze up when Im trying to print a document! Total waste of money! Returning it as fast as I bought it!
Worked perfect until the last update.
The last page that you have to hit “print” on is inoperative. Worked perfect, then it forced me to update the app now it doesn’t work. Please fix ASAP.
Does not work on IPhone
Only works on Android.
App is terrible makes printer unusable
You have to use to app for printer and it locks up with every move. Even opening it locks up. So ridiculous. Fix your app
