I placed an order this past Saturday using this app. I arrive at the shop, only to be informed that they no longer use this app. I inquired as to how I was supposed to receive a refund for my order. The employee couldn’t tell me. I asked to speak to the manager. He couldn’t tell me, but said they would take my order and apologized for the inconvenience.
I placed an order with the employee (the exact same order I placed on the app). It cost me over $10 more! Plus the app still took my $$.
I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Not exactly what I would call good business. Although I appreciate the staff taking my order immediately, I do not appreciate being charged more for the same items, nor the dismissal of their responsibility to follow up and properly discontinue an app that has the potential to rip people off.
