Communicated wrong dates for results and asked to temple samples they collected 3 weeks after collecting them!

Love it, easy to use and visually pleasing.
Waste of time
Made a booking through the app, which was great as it showed all the availability.
Anyway, they have just called to cancel saying that the times shown in the app are incorrect and they need to reschedule.

Excellent service and app
I saw VALEO on Instagram and decided to take my blood test with them as they had an offer.
But I was blown away with the way they explained the bloods and had a health coach Zoom me to discuss my bloods so I could fully understand my blood results. Great app with great analysis, really recommend them if you want to do a overall health check on your bloods
