  • App won’t update location???

    App always shows vehicle parked at home? Go to online site and it shows current location fine. Back to app and car has still been sitting there for hours?! App is useless! Don’t tell me to submit a ticket… the app DOES NOT WORK!
  • Track luggage with app?

    Recommended by my luggage company. They don’t tell you that it requires a very spendy tracker device inside your bag. Reviews on this tracker are terrible and it is expensive!
  • Waste of money

    I have a TRACKIMO and a HAPN tracker. TRACKIMO is not a real time tracker nor is it accurate. My tracker shows stopped out on a busy road when it is actually at another location 4 miles away. TRACKIMO is fully charged and is setting in the window of the vehicle. HAPN tracker however is real time tracker and is showing exactly where my vehicle is located down to the parking spot. This app is not good and has way to many issues. HAPN is more expensive yearly but app and tracker is unbelievable.
  • Don’t waste your money

    I bought 2 trackers, TRACKIMO and Spytec. TRACKIMO is expensive to buy but cheaper yearly subscription of $50.00 a year. Also TRACKIMO is not accurate, don’t count on it to find once it leaves the home location. Spytec however is cheaper to buy however with $400.00 a year subscription. Spytec is very accurate and is very very accurate. Spytec is on the money as far as following the tracker and has a great 3d view. If you can afford it go Spytec.
  • App is useless

    Can’t renew subscription hopefully someone will answer the emails because the app doesn’t work!

  • DONT BUY

    I bought their device in 2017. Used it for a short period when I retired and moved.
    Now 5 years later Customer support says my devices firmware is obsolete AND my device is only 2 G. In 2017 most everything was 3 G. So if you buy their current $300 4 G, it may soon not work as 5 G has been out for a bit.

    Not even a trade in option? BUYER BEWARE. AND THEIR BATTERY REPLACEMENT has to be bought through them.

    I’m looking for something else now.

  • Need to remove and register in other account.

    We recently bought two device and is a nightmare .

    I could never do it for this app( plus), since my boyfriend has the old app I had to log in there to at least register the one.

    Finally I was able to register one of the trackimo and my boyfriend tried it by mistake the system allowed him to register and now it is in his account. Now we want to remove from his account and register in my and the system dont have the functionality for do it.

  • How do I get a refund?

    I’ve had this since 12/09/2021. I've been calling customer support since then and still have yet to talk to someone about the set up. I’ve even tried to return the device and was told I had to contact customer service to start the process because it was bout from aThird-party site.

  • Doesn’t stay logged in

    The old would stay logged in send me notifications. The new app keeps logging me out and now I don’t receive any notifications unless I log back in the app.

  • TRACKIMO Rating

    Very poor customer service with long waits, incomprehensible communications and inability to understand rudimentary English. I contacted TRACKIMO numerous times over the period of a year and my unit was still giving erroneous readings. Finally it became obvious that the battery was bad, so I purchased two new ones. Then customer support said the unit itself was no good. They wanted me to buy new ones at $200.00 per and would not even return the new batteries. So the units have a short service life, massive accuracy errors, no replacement parts, forced upgrades that have poor ratings, and in the end, everything is “unfortunate.”

    I will not buy another TRACKIMO product at any price.
