Mediocre in north america
Used in several different parts of north America. It shows fewer than 50% of long-time present and functioning drinking fountains.

Works alarmingly well and genuinely is useful especially in urban areas!
Fantastic App
Originally downloaded it to find places to fill up while traveling in Europe (since it’s insane to me that you have to pay for water in restaurants), but I kept it on my phone and now use it when I’m just out every day. Keeps me hydrated and I don’t have to buy bottled water.
Hopeless
I know of two drinking fountains in my neighbourhood, app failed to find either of them

There are 6761 drinking fountains in Australia available in the app. I’m so sorry to hear the fountains in your neighbourhood were missing on the map. I you’d like to report the missing fountains, so that they can be added, please send an email to: lorenz.vs@fountainfinderapp.com. Please provide the location, and optionally a picture.
