  • Easy to use, does the trick.

Fast way to organize my patterns.
  • Wish some basic functionality existed

Wish some basic functionality existed like the ability to copy data from one record to another so when recording items purchased at the same time you don’t have to start from scratch for all the details like price or width and gsm, etc.

Thanks for your interest in my app. I’m not sure that I would describe the simultaneous purchase of multiple identical fabrics as a basic functionality 😁 But I will look to try to incorporate your suggestion in future updates. Happy Sewing EDIT Copy paste implementation in v5.6 👍
  • Great so far with one small thing to add (small for me maybe not developer)

I have spent time playing with every app for collecting my patterns that I can find. I was using sewing Kit HD but developers stopped supporting it about two+ years ago. With close to 1000 patterns I was reluctant to change. Now, I cannot even add photos to the old app unless I take up phone memory in my pictures to hold them first-did a test run. The only downside I have for all other apps-not being able to use the bar code to input pattern info. SKHD was able to do that. The only problem would be if a number had been reused and I had both in my cache. It has happened. I have been at this for over 30 years. If the 10 or so apps I have found that could work-this one is hands down-the easiest, and best. Thanks. ****** Update: finally bought the full version. However, I cannot get the patterns in the light version to update in the full version. I thought this was cloud based and should update-it will not.

There has been an iCloud sync issue recently which I believe has been fixed by Apple. Are you fully up to date on iOS 15.4.1 ? The Lite and full versions use the same database so should sync OK I’ve looked into barcode scanning but as far as I can tell it requires a subscription which is simply not viable for small volume app sales like this one. Kind regards
  • Even better.

This might be my favorite app of anything on my 3 iPads or iPhone. I’ve used several database and inventory app trying to corral my fabric but this is hands down everything I want. Unlike Cora this app works on all my mobile devices upstairs downstairs or at my kitchen or in store. Spouse is moving his extensive inventory of reproduction and antique vintage fabrics into this. Tags extend the usefulness from seasonal sewing, garment vs quilting vs home dec. The project and idea feature lets me quickly assess if I’m using materials purposely purchased for another project and weigh options, including whether I have enough and where to get more. (I put fabric sku in description) I haven’t spent much time tracking notions, but just wow. Love love it!
  • Just about Perfect! KUDOS!

This app rocks! It has every feature I want. I’m thrilled.
    Best features:
Photos for both patterns and fabrics
The ability to link patterns to fabrics-no more why did I buy this?

    Multi-select for fabrics, patterns, tags
    A project and idea feature
    Voice dictation entry
    ICloud SYNC!!!!!

This is the most sensible app I have found. I can store pattern photos direct from camera or photo library, use ALL of my 3iPads or iPhones to update and edit.
I have a backlog of patterns and fabrics to input, but I got my latest apparel fabric and pattern sale haul entered in a couple of hours, from scratch.
I entered every kind of garment, tags for season, occasion (dressy, casual), theme, and fabric type that I’m likely to actually use in very little time. That’s over 40 fabric types. I use an iPad with keyboard to enter. However I found it was quickest to use my iPhone camera to dictate fabric SKUs (why, cuz i might need more) from my Joannes receipt.
Pattern entry is great. A little less helpful. I don’t bother with most of the fields because I HAVE PHOTOs OF THE ENVELOPE!
This is definitely worth my while. I now pray that IOS never updates beyond what the developer is willing to support.

It would be cool to have an export to csv feature. I’m a belt and suspenders person. I always want a backup of my hard-entered data.
    Kudos!
  • Needs notions section

Having all my pattern details together is great. Having my fabric sorted with all it’s data is great. I do wish that one could add in the buttons you had made for that blouse just made for great buttons, the ribbons intended as embellishments and the vintage buttons for a third project. I can ads it in notes but pictures, price, source would be helpful

Thanks for taking the time to review. I’m not sure I understand the feature request. There is a notions section on the main menu and the notions can be added to patterns and projects. Kind regards
  • The best I’ve seen!

I really like this app! I wish I was a bit more intuitive, but I can’t take any stars away when it has this much functionality. I feel so organized now that I’ve got all my patterns and projects in one place. Thank you!

  • LOVE THIS APP

Great app! The only thing I would add is a starch button. Thank you!
  • Organized Sewing

I am more organized than ever before!
