Athletes Launch is the first video forward iOS career app and website for athletes and growing companies to connect on viewable attributes in action. Built specifically for College, Professional, and Olympic athletes to help make the next chapter a continuation of previous success in sports. This free platform for athletes and companies leads with video to offer all users a window into what it means to be successful. Companies can see firsthand how a candidate performs under pressure, while athletes hear from actual hiring managers. VIDEOS, TAGS, & FILTERS Now, candidates are searchable by awards and athletic accomplishments, in addition to the standard tags and search features of typical career apps. To highlight an athlete’s history as a competitor we use videos to display each users Career Highlight and Proudest Team Moment. Then to capture other athletic achievements we use tags to allow users to select traits from being a World Champion, to being an Olympic Gold Medalist, to being a Team Captain, or being a Division 1 athlete. Employers post jobs with a Company Video along with a video from the Hiring Manager to highlight what qualities they are looking for from candidates along with sharing how athletics have shaped their lives.
