Facial Identification: You can now identify people in photographs and create fully searchable person tags in the process. Faces are found with the touch of a button; from there, just tap on a face to assign a name or create a new one. Drag Attach: You no longer need a folder to group files together; simply drag a file onto another to create a file group. An excellent way to group audio recordings, multiple scans, and PDF files to a photo. Import/Export metadata: Several photo metadata fields can now be managed without modifying the original photo, including: title, description, event date, objects, geolocation (GPS and historical), people names, face locations.

- Attach files together into a bundle. You can now attach one file to another no matter what the file types are. Keep the front and back of a photo together by scanning both sides and attaching the back scan to the front, then add a voice recording, description, geolocation, or custom event date, keeping everything in one place. Share the files and metadata on your Website Collection; just send out the link. - View your photos displayed on a map, or in a calendar. See your photos in our the new map view. Search and filter on the photos from your vacation and view them displayed on a map. FileShadow will even draw path lines between the photos so you can see the route you traveled. Providing you with another way to locate photos or files by creation, modified, or custom event dates in our new calendar view. Need to find those files you know you edited in August (or was it September) of last year? Just look on the calendar to see all of the files modified that month.

Gathering all of your photos and files into one place can be a challenge, finding and organizing them later can be even more challenging. FileShadow will automatically tag your photos, files, and email attachments, sync across all your devices and accounts, and create a searchable / filterable database for you. FileShadow is a streamlined, fully customizable organizational tool for your photos and files. Give greater context and information to your photos and files by recording and attaching voice memos. Easily add or redo multiple recordings and the resulting audio is saved and linked to your file. FileShadow will even make transcripts of your recordings for you, making the voice memo searchable. Written annotations are also available by clicking and typing in the description box. While FileShadow generates tags immediately, these tags are customizable and come with the ability to bulk tagging as well. Customize tagging further by identifying the people in a photo. FileShadow will find the faces for you, or you can drag out a custom region to identify the name of a building, animal, or special object not found by the automatic tagging system. Users can easily search and filter using tag names, people, dates, location, original source, and file type. File location and upload, edit, and retrieval dates are all saved; users may also edit these details. We’ll keep track of all new edits and revisions to your files while still retaining your privacy and security. When sharing with friends, family, coworkers or clients, select your desired files and FileShadow will generate your own free, personal link! To ensure security, FileShadow allows you the option to select and set access timeouts and passwords. Those shared access may then drop files onto the website to add to the collection. You can decide and approve what gets added and saved to the vault! You can also post photos directly to one or more of your Facebook pages.
