Poor service at checkin
Arrived at 15:00, reception said that our accommodation was not ready but would call if it was before 4pm. No call, went back at 4pm, waited in queue for 20 minutes! Was told the same as the two guests in front that the accommodation was not ready! After being on the road since 9:30 only to find you had not managed to get it ready in time. Staff did not apologise and tried to say that it is after 4pm not at 4pm! I checked all my emails and they say you key will be ready at 4pm! Was talking to a member of staff when your security guard closed the door in my face (name of Byrn I believe). I did find it strange to have a security guard in reception at check in! Not a great start, I was also made to feel guilty that your cleaners had to work in this heat, sounded like their was not enough staff to me.
