Zero star all round
I bought the product from Currys. Forgot I had it, found it and decided to install it. It didn’t work at all. £69 down the drain. Did have the invoice to return it. The App just kept saying there was a problem with the network. I forget the exact wording but it wasn’t the right term. Everything in the house connects to our network. So the product was useless, the app was even more useless, and I read something very worrying on the Currys review page. People had been unable to change the password! That’s a massive security risk. I can’t confirm this myself as I was never schooled to access the app to try. However, be warned all round.

Network abnormal
An absolute pile of garbage app where I can’t even log into. Always says network abnormal. Will be returning for a full refund and go with TpLink

I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a dire app. and to think the last update was a year ago?? Functions don’t work - can’t even change admin password for the app., though it works for browser? Oh, and there’s no firmware updates on the website, so don’t expect any support.

App don’t load and never logs in

I’ve been able to connect just once. Made some changes to my network. Network works fine now. App just says: network abnormal. There is no info anywhere about how to sort this out.
App not downloading
This app is not downloading. I cannot configure my mesh system, update the app has downloaded but does not login. Tried several times for two days, still not good
